Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls, USA

What a difference clean makes!! After a DISASTROUS stay overnight at the Quality Inn nearer to the falls, this Marriott was a breath of FRESH AIR! It is right across the street from the entrance to the Niagara Falls Park albeit at the far end. It is a lovely walk through the park to get to the falls and with parking at only $10.00, it was nice to just leave the car in the Marriott parking lot and walk. We didn't have to worry about parking, and our kids could enjoy seeing the water going from calm, to rapids, to raging rapids, to falls. (Our 3 yr old could walk most of the way, so it isn't that far from hotel to first gift shop.) The pool is heated and CLEAN! No cloudiness. It is small, so my kids left to give others space as it isn't very large. The staff was all very kind and helpful, which was also so refreshing. They do not have complimentary breakfast, but there is a Starbucks in the lobby. We didn't not partake, but saw others who seemed satisfied. One other point, we had chosen to stay somewhere else due to the price seemingly to be slightly cheaper. It turned out after the taxes and fees put on us by the other hotel, plus the $20.00 charge for parking, the difference in price was almost non existent. $10.00 to be precise. The room for 2 Queen beds is larger at this hotel than the other, the cleanliness is miles above the other hotel, and even though this Marriott doesn't have complimentary breakfast, I knew if we did want food, it would be eaten in a clean and comfortable environment. Suffice it to say, I will be staying here from now on with my family as it also felt much safer all around for us.

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls, USA, where ongoing remodeling made the entrance tricky to find at first. Once inside, everything was smooth, the rooms are spacious with comfy beds and a sofa bed, and staff like Mrs. Jackson at check-in and Maria at check-out provided amazing, kind customer service.

Under construction while we were there but had no measurable impact on our stay. They dint have a courtyard as best I could tell. Decent bistro. Very quiet and peacefull. No view of the falls but right next to the scenic bike path. Definitely recommend you take that walk on it to the falls and then Uber back.

Stayed here after our first hotel was booked for the weekend. A little further from the falls but SUPER easy to walk to the falls! The rooms are very very large and quiet. The staff are very nice and they pay attention to the guests. 100% will recomend for the future!

Highly recommend. The property is clean and well maintained but the staff is even more amazing. They are all personal and detail oriented, in addition to kind, warm, friendly, and welcoming. The GM La’Ree Jackson does an amazing job and really goes out of her way to ensure you are enjoying your stay. I would stay anywhere knowing she was the GM. Will definitely be back

Rooms were amazing!! Newly renovated. 2 smart tvs. Staff were very helpful. Just perfect! Cant be any better and so reasonable.

Just remodeled the origional building and adding more rooms. The guest area was very clean. For being under construction, it was very quiet. I liked my stay and would definitely book a room here again.

Had a lovely stay here this winter. We flew into Niagara for work and ended up getting stuck a couple extra days for weather. Mrs Jackson was so incredibly helpful extending our rooms and being ready to do anything she could to make our stay an enjoyable one. From great food recommendations to extra room service as needed, this is why I love Marriott.
